As we expand, we are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, manage client accounts, and ensure seamless billing and collections.

Job Responsibilities

  • Financial Oversight: Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) for recruitment and medical billing operations.
  • Client Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Medical Billing Coordination: Work closely with the medical billing team to track claims, monitor reimbursements, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Budgeting & Financial Planning: Assist in budget preparation, cash flow management, and financial forecasting.
  • Revenue Cycle Management (RCM): Oversee collections, claim denials, and insurance reimbursements to optimize revenue.
  • Compliance & Audits: Ensure adherence to HIPAA, healthcare billing regulations, and financial compliance standards.
  • Reconciliation & Reporting: Conduct regular bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and account analysis to maintain accurate records.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance billing efficiency, reduce outstanding balances, and streamline financial workflows.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment, sales, and billing teams to align financial strategies with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in account management, medical billing, healthcare finance, or revenue cycle management (RCM).
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical billing codes (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), insurance reimbursements, and recruitment agency financial operations.
Accounting Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial reporting tools.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in financial records, reconciliation, and compliance tracking.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial trends, resolve discrepancies, and optimize revenue processes.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and client management skills for handling billing inquiries and financial negotiations.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot billing issues, claim denials, and payment discrepancies efficiently.
