Job Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, private practices, and healthcare organizations.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities to drive business expansion.
  • Sales & Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and service agreements to potential clients.
  • Networking & Partnerships: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to expand professional connections.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and medical billing teams to align sales strategies with service capabilities.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall profitability of the company.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of business development, sales, or account management experience in recruitment, healthcare staffing, or medical billing services.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare recruitment, revenue cycle management, and medical billing processes.
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and exceed revenue targets.
Networking Abilities: Established network within the healthcare and medical billing sectors is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and digital marketing tools for lead generation.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take ownership of business development initiatives.
