To support our growing operations, we are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to manage our IT infrastructure, ensure data security, and provide technical support to our team.
Job Responsibilities
- IT Infrastructure Management: Maintain and support office IT systems, including computers, servers, networks, and cloud-based applications.
- Help Desk Support: Provide technical assistance to employees for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- System Security & Compliance: Implement security protocols, monitor for vulnerabilities, and ensure HIPAA compliance for medical billing data.
- Software & Application Management: Support recruitment software, medical billing systems, and CRM platforms.
- Data Backup & Recovery: Ensure regular data backups and create recovery plans to prevent data loss.
- Network & Server Maintenance: Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Vendor & Licensing Management: Manage software licenses, IT vendor contracts, and procurement of new technology.
- Cybersecurity & Access Control: Implement user access policies, protect sensitive client data, and train staff on cybersecurity best practices.
- System Upgrades & IT Projects: Plan and execute hardware/software upgrades and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of IT administration, network support, or system management experience, preferably in healthcare, recruitment, or medical billing.
✅ Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, cloud-based applications (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), networking, and cybersecurity.
✅ Medical Billing & Recruitment Software: Experience with EHR systems, medical billing platforms, or ATS/CRM systems is a plus.
✅ Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
✅ Security & Compliance: Understanding of HIPAA regulations, data encryption, and IT security best practices.
✅ Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical issues in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical staff.
✅ Project Management: Ability to handle multiple IT projects, system migrations, and process improvements.
