Job Responsibilities
- End-to-End IT Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding IT candidates.
- Technical Talent Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (Indeed, Dice, ZipRecruiter), and direct outreach to attract top IT professionals.
- Client & Hiring Manager Collaboration: Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Screening & Assessment: Conduct technical interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates effectively.
- Job Posting & Employer Branding: Create compelling job descriptions and promote openings across social media, job boards, and recruitment platforms.
- Pipeline & Network Building: Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future IT hiring needs.
- Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Facilitate salary negotiations, contract discussions, and smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze hiring metrics, candidate experience, and recruitment performance.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, technical talent acquisition, or staffing (preferably in healthcare IT or software development hiring).
✅ Technical Hiring Expertise: Strong understanding of software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and healthcare IT roles.
✅ Sourcing & Networking: Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and job boards like Dice, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
✅ Communication Skills: Excellent ability to engage, negotiate, and build relationships with candidates and clients.
✅ Negotiation & Offer Management: Skilled in handling compensation discussions and employment contracts.
✅ Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple job openings, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
✅ Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, HR software, and CRM platforms.
