We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive the hiring process for non-IT roles, including healthcare, administrative, and billing professionals.

Job Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for healthcare, administrative, and billing roles.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and direct outreach to attract top talent.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks to ensure a strong fit.
  • Job Posting & Marketing: Write compelling job descriptions and promote openings through various recruitment channels.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs and proactively engage passive candidates.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all hires meet industry regulations, background checks, and credentialing requirements.
  • Offer Negotiation: Coordinate salary discussions, contract terms, and onboarding processes.
  • Recruitment Analytics: Track and analyze key hiring metrics to optimize recruitment strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or staffing (preferably in healthcare, medical billing, or administrative recruitment).
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare roles, revenue cycle management (RCM), and compliance requirements.
Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter), and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to manage offer discussions and candidate expectations effectively.
Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail in managing multiple job openings.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with ATS, HR software, and recruitment tools.
